Overcast is a metalcore band from Boston, Massachusetts, who some credit as being the pioneers of the metalcore scene. They were together from August 1991 until November 1998, when they disbanded. Members include Brian Fair, now lead vocalist for Shadows Fall; Mike D'Antonio, bassist and founding member of Killswitch Engage; and Pete Cortese, of Seemless plus Scott McCooe of Transcient and Jay Fitzgerald of Tunnel Drill.
Now eight years has passed since OVERCAST was an active band. All of a sudden the stars have aligned, the planets have shifted, and old friends find themselves back home with substantial amounts for free time. OVERCAST is rebornTO KILL AGAIN!
